Take a look inside.
The video, then three notes: what to watch, where everyone goes wrong and what to drill after. Every lesson in the app is built this way.
0:00 / 8:15The cross: hip rotation and body weight
- 01What to watchThe hip and the back foot.
- 02The usual mistakeAll arm, the hip stays put.
- 03Drill3 × 2 min.
Technique: what to watch
One detail per lesson, and it has a name. Not “watch how it’s done”, but the feet, the elbows, the heel.
Mistake: where everyone slips
The mistake I see at every first session, and how to get rid of it.
Training: rounds on the bag
Rounds, reps, rest: the session you do straight after the lesson, on the bag or shadowboxing. Film your last round on your phone and hold it up against the video.
- + For your first fightAn extra on every lesson: what changes when you use the technique against someone who hits back.
What you get with an account.
All of it works at app.jokermma.com and in the phone app, on the same account.

Aleksandar “Joker” Ilić
“I’m not one for talking about myself in superlatives. I think the work says it better.”
I’ve been in the cage for years, faced the best, won, gone down and come back stronger. Fighting shaped me. It taught me there are no limits and that discipline beats everything. I still compete in FNC, and alongside it I work with fighters, coaches and everyday athletes who want to get better.
